Delinquent Habits, also known as Los Delinquentes, emerged from Los Angeles in 1991 as a prominent Chicano hip-hop group. They carved out a unique niche with their distinctive Latin-infused rap, blending melodic elements with a hardcore edge. Their early work garnered significant attention, with their debut album featuring executive production by Cypress Hill's Sen Dog and guest appearances from Sen himself and Puerto Rican rapper Hurricane G. Subsequent releases, like "Here Come The Horns," continued to feature Sen Dog and his brother, the pioneering Latin rapper Mellow Man Ace, alongside vocal contributions from Michelle.

The group's original lineup consisted of MCs Ives and Kemo, alongside DJ O.G. Style, leading to the moniker "Los Tres Delinquentes" (The Three Delinquents). Their international breakthrough arrived in 1996 with the single "Tres Delinquentes," which achieved over a million sales and propelled their self-titled debut album to similar commercial success. This era cemented their status as hip-hop classics, with sold-out tours across Europe and the USA and four album releases, including those on their own label, Station 13.
