History Ostkreutz

Ostkreutz is a band from Berlin (eastern Germany) and consists of their three members Maximum(singer) and Medium(laptops) and Optimum(drummer).

Their music is about common topics like sports, barbecue, beer, wurst, dancing, girls and satan.

Ostkreutz have made up their own language in which their songs are sung/shouted. It sounds like some sort of russian-polish-spanish-english combination. When they perform live they build up 5-6 old TV screens on which lyrics of songs are shown.

In 2006 Ostkreutz toured with the Japanese metal band DIR EN GREY which was a huge step in their career.
