Biography Christian Älvestam

Best known for his tenure as vocalist with Scar Symmetry, Christian is a renowned multi-instrumentalist with an extreme vocal range. As demonstrated on "Dominion" by Scar Symmetry (from their Symmetric in Design album), Christian has a unique vocal style, with both a notably wide clean range and extremely low death growls.

Well known for his work in other band such as Incapacity, Quest of Aidance, Miseration, Torchbearer, Unmoored, Orchards Of Saturn, Solution .45, Angel Blake, Syconaut, Solar Dawn, and Carnalized, Christian manifests his talents in a variety of ways including drums, vocals, guitars and bass.

He has also made guest appearances on: Nuclear Blast Allstars: Out Of The Dark - on the track "The Overshadowing (feat. Christian Älvestam)", Zonaria - vocals on the track "Attending Annihilation", Deadlock - clean vocals on the track "Dying Breed", and Bloodbath - vocals on the track "Iesous" from The Fathomless Mastery
