Tyla Announces 34-Date A*Pop World Tour This Fall

Just days after the release of her second studio album, A*Pop, two-time Grammy winner Tyla confirmed on Monday, July 27, that she will embark on an extensive world tour. The 34-date run marks her first time headlining shows across Europe, North America, and Africa. The international trek is scheduled to begin on October 12 in Paris at the Zenith Paris, before traversing cities such as Amsterdam, London, Berlin, and Stockholm.

The North American leg will launch on November 12 in Wheatland, California, at Hard Rock Live. This portion of the tour represents the singer's longest series of North American performances to date, with stops including Vancouver, Chicago, New York City, and Los Angeles. The tour is set to conclude with a series of performances in Africa, including a show in Lagos, Nigeria, and final dates in Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa, in early 2027.

Tickets for the A*Pop World Tour will be available through an artist presale starting on Wednesday, July 29, at 10 a.m. local time. The general public sale will follow on Friday, July 31, at 10 a.m. local time. Fans can find more information and a tour teaser on the artist's official website.

Career Milestones and Context

Originally formed in 2002, the singer has quickly risen to prominence within the Pop and R&B genres. Her breakout single "Water" reached No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 and won the inaugural Grammy Award for Best African Music Performance in 2024. A remix of the track featured Travis Scott. Her 2024 self-titled debut album peaked at No. 24 on the Billboard 200, and she recently earned a second Grammy for Best African Music Performance with the track "Push 2 Start."

In addition to her Grammy success, she received four nominations at the American Music Awards in May and was honored with the Impact Award at Billboard’s 2025 Women in Music event for her influence in bringing amapiano to global audiences. This upcoming tour follows a previously planned world tour in 2024, which was canceled due to an injury. The singer also released a mixtape titled WWP (We Wanna Party) last July.
