Spiritbox
Spiritbox is a prominent alternative metal band that emerged from Victoria, British Columbia, in 2017. The group was founded by vocalist Courtney LaPlante and guitarist Mike Stringer. The current lineup features LaPlante and Stringer alongside bassist Josh Gilbert and drummer Zev Rosenberg.
Musical Evolution and Discography
The band's early releases included their debut EP, Spiritbox (2017), and the Singles Collection (2019). Their first full-length studio album, Eternal Blue, arrived in 2021 and achieved significant commercial success, debuting at number 13 on the US Billboard 200 and topping both the Top Rock and Hard Rock charts. This was followed by EPs such as Rotoscope (2022) and The Fear of Fear (2023). In March 2025, Spiritbox released their second studio album, Tsunami Sea, through Pale Chord / Rise Records.
