Dogstar

Dogstar is an American rock band formed in 1991. The group initially consisted of Bret Domrose (vocals, guitar), Keanu Reeves (bass), Robert Mailhouse (drums), and Gregg Miller. The band's formation began with a chance meeting between Reeves and Mailhouse in a supermarket, sparked by a shared interest in hockey. This led to jamming sessions, and after several lineup changes, Domrose joined in 1994.

The band's name, Dogstar, was inspired by Henry Miller's book, Sexus. In 1995, Dogstar opened for Bon Jovi in Australia and New Zealand and shared a stage with David Bowie.
