Chase Matthew is a Nashville-born country artist known for a signature sound that blends traditional roots with modern hip-hop and hard rock. Born in 1997, Matthew was raised in a musical household and found early inspiration in the songs he heard in church. This foundation helped him develop a deep, resonant vocal style characterized by a rhythmic delivery that bridges the gap between classic country storytelling and contemporary production.
Matthew rose to prominence in the early 2020s, leveraging social media to build a massive following before releasing his breakout 2021 EP, County Line. The project’s title track became a viral hit, combining heavy beats with hard-rock guitar solos to explore themes of heartbreak and local life. His early discography, including tracks like "Nashville Crazy" and the high-energy "Pull Up," established his reputation for high-octane country. Meanwhile, songs like "Love Like That" demonstrate his range, trading rhythmic energy for sentimental lyricism and traditional pedal steel.
