MEGO vs. SPAGO was a musical project by Neil Cicierega, active during the period he released music under the moniker Deporitaz (formerly known as Trapezoid).
The name "MEGO vs. SPAGO" is a direct reference to the mego and spago directories found on the game discs for "Escape from Monkey Island." These directories contained the audio files for the game.
