Crazy Backwards Alphabet

Crazy Backwards Alphabet was a brief musical project spearheaded by guitarist Henry Kaiser. The ensemble featured bassist Andy West, guitarists Bob Adams and Scott Colby, and drummers Michael Maksymenko and John French.

Discography

The group released two albums in the late 1980s. Their self-titled debut, Crazy Backwards Alphabet, was later reissued in 1992 with additional tracks. The second album, Crazy Backwards Alphabet II, also known as We Are Not Amused, was initially unreleased but is now available digitally through platforms like Amazon and iTunes.

During the period between the recording of these albums, Henry Kaiser and John French collaborated with Fred Frith and Richard Thompson on the album Live, Love, Larf & Loaf.
