History
Audience of One
Audience of One was a notable band formed during their high school years, featuring Anthony Green, who would later achieve significant recognition as the vocalist for Circa Survive and previously for Saosin.
Musical Output
The band released their sole album, I Remember When This All Meant Something, in 1999. This release was facilitated by the local Philadelphia non-profit label Break Even Records.
Band Lineup and Subsequent Projects
The core members of Audience of One included Anthony Green on vocals and guitar, Tom Dougherty on bass, JD Foster on percussion, and Greg Itzen on guitar and vocals.
Following the band's hiatus as members pursued higher education, the musicians went on to contribute to various other projects. Greg Itzen became involved with the band Like Lions. JD Foster continued his musical career in several bands, including Crucial Unit and Belegost, among others.
While the band ceased active performance, Anthony Green has characterized their status not as a breakup, but rather as an extended hiatus.
