Sandpit was an Australian indie rock band that emerged from Melbourne, Victoria, in 1994. The group was active for a period of four years, during which they released one full-length album and two extended plays (EPs) before disbanding in 1998.

The band's core members included Brendan Webb, who served as the vocalist and guitarist. Stephanie Ashworth, later known for her work with the prominent Australian band Something For Kate, played bass guitar. The drumming duties were handled by different musicians across their releases.
