Japanese Torture Comedy Hour is a harsh noise and power electronics project initially formed by Scott Hull, known for his work with Agoraphobic Nosebleed and Pig Destroyer, as well as his past involvement with Anal Cunt.
The sole active member of Japanese Torture Comedy Hour is currently Jay Randall, who also performs with Agoraphobic Nosebleed and has been associated with the band ISIS.
