Lapinlahden Linnut

Lapinlahden Linnut, formed in the spring of 1983, is a Finnish band known for their distinctive humorous rock and pop music. The group began their musical journey as street performers, initially incorporating unconventional instruments like a ring binder into their sound. Even today, they continue to utilize found objects, such as an empty beer crate, in their performances.

Television and International Recognition

Beyond their music, Lapinlahden Linnut have produced seven television series. One of their notable works, "Maailman kahdeksan ihmettä," was presented internationally at Montreux under the title "Rampton Birds -show: Eight wonders of the World."
