Spinetta Jade emerged as a highly successful and innovative force in Argentinian music, driven by the vision of Luis Alberto Spinetta. Collaborating with some of the era's most accomplished musicians, Spinetta forged a distinctive sound that blended jazz and rock, a combination previously unheard of in Argentina. This approach deliberately sidestepped the prevailing symphonic rock trend that dominated the international and local music scenes in the early 1980s.
