3. ZK (aka Zentral Komitee) was a punk band from Düsseldorf, Germany, founded 1978. First Gig March 1979 in Ratinger Hof, Düsseldorf which is known as a kind of birthplace of German Punk. Disbanded 1981 en evolved into Die Toten Hosen.
