Biography Pal Joey

1) Pal Joey's real name is Joseph Longo. Soho was a short-lived New York collaboration between Pal Joey and Reynald "CFM" Deschamps. Soho recorded a few well-known dance-tracks—most notably—1989's Hot Music on Reynald's Kool Groove Records.

2) Pal Joey is a musical with a book by John O'Hara and music and lyrics by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart based on a character and situations O'Hara created in a series of short stories published in The New Yorker. It includes two songs that have become standards: "I Could Write a Book" and "Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered".

The original 1940 Broadway production was directed by George Abbott and starred Gene Kelly. There have been several revivals since, including a 2008–09 Broadway run, and a 1957 film adaptation stars Frank Sinatra, Rita Hayworth and Kim Novak.

3) Pal Joey was a rock band based in Edmonton, Canada. They released one CD (Tennessee Angels) in 1995 on Green Pepper Records with the lineup Trent Buhler, Jamie Larsen, Tom Murray and Shauna Hosegood.

4) Pal Joey was a Californian band formed by Joey C. Jones after Sweet Savage broke up. Members: Shane Hunter, Joey C. Jones, Tim Stunson, Randy St. John.
