History Kaïn

There are at least two bands that go by the name Kaïn.

1. Kaïn is a punk/industrial rock band from the Netherlands. Kaïn's discography includes 1988's Against the Womb, 1992's Hold On and 1993's Desert Song.

2. Folk rock band originating from Drummondville, Quebec, Canada, blending both rock and traditional Quebec folk music. The members of Kaïn are: Steve Vailleux (vocals, electric and acoustic guitar), Yanick Blanchette (drums and vocals), Patrick Lemieux (electric and acoustic guitar, banjo, harmonica and vocals) and Éric Maheu (bass guitar).
