Biography Brendon

Brendon's ' Gimme Some ' was a big hit in the British single's charts in the spring of 1977 on the Magnet label . A mixture of stomping pop and a mere touch of late glam ,the song is still fondly remembered today.

Not much is known about Brendon.He had released a single ' Make Me A Dollar , Make Me A Dime ' on Johnathon King's UK label in 1974, which sold poorly. A version of ' How Can You Mend A Broken Heart ' was released as the follow up to ' Gimme Some' but flopped.

It seems his full name was Brendon Dunning and he might have been from Andover. Apart from that I couldn't tell you.
