History Krayon Angels

Krayon Angels was formed by Darrel Read ( drums ), Chris Gibbons ( gtr /vocals ) and Jeff Pasternak( gtr / vocals ) in 1969.

After recording some demos they added Lou Martin ( piano ) and Stuart McDonald ( Bass ) from Killing Floor.

They recorded this album in the basement studios of Orange Music in Little Compton Street, London.

After several gigs, they were spotted by Lee Halliday, (Producer) at the Marquee Club.

Chris and Jeff were signed as a duo as the management decided against the band line-up.

Lou Martin sadly died last year (2012) and is well known as keyboard player with Rory Gallagher.

Darrel Read formed one of the first punk bands, Crushed Butler. tragically he was killed in a car crash june 2013.

Chris is a profession composer and blues guitarist ( see www.bluesontheroad.com) and Jeff a singer songwriter ( Hollywoodsurvivor.com )

Stuart still rocks on bass with his own band in the UK.
