The band name Octobre refers to more than one artist. The two main bands are:
1. Early 80's french new wave band founded by ex-Marquis De Sade and Marie et les Garçons members. They released two albums, "Next Year In Asia" in 1982 and "Paolino Parc" in 1983. More info [In french]: Wikipedia
